A Simple Scarf (2 weeks)

Tuesdays, October 22 & 29, 11am-1pm • $65
Teacher:  Carol Ullmann

Calling all process knitters! Scarves are a great way to get into the meditative groove of knitting--and get a leg up on your fall wardrobe or add to your winter holiday gifting stash. Carol Ullmann will guide you through casting on, reading the pattern, and executing the stitches. You’ll also talk about how to maintain even tension and how do some very classy finishing work on your beautiful scarf. This is a great project for those fresh out of their beginning knitting class, for low-key and occasional makers, or for those returning to knitting after a hiatus. It’s also perfect for anyone who just wants to hang out, knit an awesome scarf, and pick Carol’s brain about wool.
Prerequisites: Participants should know how to cast on, knit, purl, and cast off.
