Ready to dress things up a little? Annie Lupton is known for creating garments and accessories with bohemian flair, and in this class she’ll walk you through everything you need to know to craft one of her exceptionally pretty shawls. You’ll learn the basics of garter-tab shawl construction, as well as how to embroider your knitwear and how to crochet a useful and versatile border, leaving class with a nicely expanded crafting repertoire and an elegant new accessory.
Pre-requisites: Participants should be familiar with the following: casting-on, knitting, purling, basic increases and decreases, picking up stitches, and binding off.
Materials: 
• Three 400-yard skeins of fingering weight yarn, purchased from Spun. (We recommend the Fibre Co.’s Cumbria.)
• 32” US size US4 circular needle (or size needed to achieve gauge)
• Size USG crochet hook
• Darning or tapestry needle
